New study program “Biomedical Informatics” is accredited at UNIZA (WP4)
The students of this study program gain knowledge of computer science and its applications in medicine and biomedicine. Graduates of this specialization will be able to work in the creation of complex information systems and in addition will have an overview of typical problems in the development of software for medical practice, which is used in healthcare or biomedical laboratories. Thanks to this knowledge, they are able to design, develop, implement, expand, adapt and locate large-scale information systems for both general purposes and special medical applications.
