The lecture covers the concept of interoperability and related terms in healthcare system, provides short introduction of some of the most important standards related to data transfer and interoperability (DICOM, HL7, HL7 CDA, HL7 FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, openEHR and CEN/ISO 13606) and finally presents the role of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise.
